At NIXXIT, we know you’re excited to receive your order, and we work hard to get it shipped as quickly as possible.

Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after they are placed.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
  • During product launches, promotions, or holiday periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Methods

We currently ship using trusted carriers such as USPS and UPS depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Delivery Estimates

Estimated delivery times after shipment:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (when available)

Please note that these are estimates and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays due to weather, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances are outside of our control.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

From time to time, NIXXIT may offer free shipping promotions. Any applicable thresholds or offers will be displayed during checkout.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please verify your shipping address before completing your purchase.

NIXXIT is not responsible for delays or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If an order is returned due to an invalid address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the package.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery is the responsibility of that carrier.

If your tracking information shows no movement for several days or your package appears lost, please contact us and we will gladly assist in working with the carrier to locate your shipment.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged item(s)
  • Photos of the shipping packaging

We will work quickly to resolve the issue through a replacement or other appropriate solution.

International Shipping

NIXXIT currently ships to select international destinations. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or brokerage charges required by their country.

Delivery times for international shipments may vary based on customs processing.

Order Changes or Cancellations

If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may be unable to make changes or cancel it.
